Our families before us sacrificed so much for us to be here in the now as Latina Nurses

And the pressure for success can be overbearing !
With the right Self care, compassion and grace we can preserve without working ourselves into the ground 
Serving with a purpose can be a heavy calling so its up to us to protect the tools of our trade and take better care during the process!

Rebeca Leon is my new guest and she shares more about her path to purpose and how taking scary action has led her to the self actualization she has needed to move forward in her career and personal growth as well.

EnfermeraMami is a Nurse educator and mentor who values the importance of being a role model and paving the way for other nurses to continue in their nurse journey without burning out!
