From Vulnerability to Inspiration: Suzanne Ekstrom's Journey
Susanne Ekstrom's business journey began during the dot-com era when she was part of a major Swedish.com company. However, like many others, the company faced the crash of the dot-com bubble, leading to bankruptcy. This devastating experience, which resulted in the loss of everything she had invested, drove Susanne to help other companies avoid such a fate. Over the past 25 years, she has worked as a management consultant for various companies, both small and large, in different industries worldwide. Regardless of the company's size or industry, Susanne has found that they often face similar problems, such as management not adequately listening to their employees. She helps CEOs and their teams free up their time and maximize their company's potential in terms of productivity and profitability. Additionally, Susanne focuses on designing business models that can scale at least two to three times. Inspired by her experiences as a consultant, she decided to start her own company six years ago, focusing on these three areas.
