Fruitful Repentance

Summary: As we go deeper in our walk with the Lord, we come into an awareness of what we are not and this produces within us a cry for change. This hunger to know Him and to have His nature, drives us into His presence and brings forth a fruitful repentance. Show Notes: As we press into the Lord we realize that the only true change comes when we stand in His presence. We must ask the Holy Spirit to help us with this, to lead us into His way of change. Our hunger after Him drives us deeper and deeper into His presence. As God puts His finger in the things of our lives, we cry out to Him and drive into His presence for change. As we open up to Him in a new place that is where we will find the fruit. Our Reward for repentance and driving into Is presence is His joy. <br/>   Quotes: The only effective change is in the presence of the Lord. The only effective change is when you have a meeting with the Lord. It has to come out of a meeting with God, because He's the only one who can make this work. I need help with this, I do not know how to do it myself. I do not know how to turn from everything that I've grown up with that I've been conditioned by. Lord help me... You have to have the attitude to go after it, to get this deep repentance. This has got be working in my heart, I'm tired of being less than what God wants me to be. We can go a long time, and then all of a sudden, God puts His finger on something. And when He puts His finger on something, okay, that's when we have to move. If you have a desire to know the Lord, if you really want to know the Lord, and you really want to be a ministry, for Him, be a channel for Him, then you have to be willing to open up to who you have been, and who He wants you to be. But the Holy Spirit has to reveal that to you.
