Garrett Boorojian interviews Renee Washington about relationship building in a team environment. As an undergraduate at LaSalle University, Renee competed in two NCAA Division I sports, soccer and track & field. While playing on the Women's Soccer Team, she was a 2x Capital One Co–Sida Academic All–American, NSCAA Academic All–American and NSCAA All–American. Renee was also a 4x All–Conference Player in the Atlantic 10 Conference. Also, at LaSalle, she was the University's Student Athlete of the Year in 2014.
