However, because we live in a world system which is constantly changing and is increasingly anti-Christ, we will always face challenging circumstances both in our personal lives and in demonstrating God's word to the world. Our lives will always run counter-current to the world's expectations. The challenge therefore is, how  do we stay relevant in a world system opposed to God and seeking to eliminate every form of Christian value and virtue? As part of Christian maturity and growth, we experience pruning and refinement from God.
