En la Ibero convertimos residuos de alimentos en fertilizantes de liberación prolongada?En la Universidad Iberoamericana se investiga sobre la transformación del olote, el lirio acuático y el sargazo en hidrogeles que encapsulan fertilizantes de liberación lenta. Los hidrogeles son pastillas de celulosa que se colocan en la tierra. En su interior conservan fertilizantes que se liberan despacio en los cultivos.
