Holidays Without Should
We are fast approaching the holidays, and whenever I think of that the song “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” runs through my head like an ear worm! It also makes me giggle because what I know is that often the holidays create a level of stress that is the opposite of the song’s message. You may know that what drives that is “should”, it’s true.
