Annabel Quintero was born and raised in Seattle to Ecuadorian parents. She is a dancer of life, a bgirl (break dancer) and is part of the Seattle Hip Hop community where she co-created one of the first all female Hip Hop events in the 1990's called Invasion of the Bgirls and teaches a dance history class called Mambo 2 Hip Hop.<br/><br/>She holds a certification as a Holistic Health Coach and graduated from the University of Washington in 1997 with her bachelors in Political Science and in 2017 a Master's degree in Education Policy and Organizational leadership.<br/><br/>Her best-selling book, Step Step Jump, is a story of hope dedicated to helping others transform trauma into triumph.
