How to support a loved one with grief. <br/><br/>Most people are scared of the grief state, so we can be awkward with how to support our loved ones. Many people either over-fuss, or withdraw do to fear. I'm happy to take a moment to talk through this process and to normalise that this is in fact a difficult area for most of us. Unfortunately, we are all going to find ourselves in the position of a loved one going through grief, so this is a great skill to have.
