Welcome to the Mental Priority podcast!In the first episode I give a basis of the podcast and give an introduction of myself so you can know what to expect going forward. The goal of this podcast is to open up conversations for student athletes to discuss the importance of their mental health and make other athletes more comfortable with the way they're feeling.
