Investigation proceedings in Germany

In this episode, Mirjam Hannah Steinfeld is once again the guest on the podcast. The topic of this episode are the investigation proceedings under German criminal procedural law. A particular focus is on the public prosecutor's office and its tasks. Mirjam starts by explaining the different phases of criminal proceedings.
