IronWomen - Flourishing through Balance with Lucy Byram

This week's guest, Lucy Byram, impressed us all this past weekend with her stellar 4th place finish in a stacked field at the PTO US Open! We had the pleasure of interviewing her a few weeks before the race, and she may be just as impressive of a human as she is an athlete.In the episode, she tells us about her training and coaching set up in leads, as well as the variety of long course races she has taken on this year. At just 24 years of age, Lucy has already qualified for 70.3 worlds! She also has a very wise view on how she balances life with sport, and has even recently stopped on the bike mid race to help a fellow.
