This recipe is from his cookbook Food Between Friends.  Orange Grapefruit Julie-Us!Makes 4 drinks1 cup fresh orange juice1 cup fresh grapefruit juice1 cup canned full-fat coconut milk1/2 cup confectioners sugar2 tablespoons honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/2 cups ice cubes1. In a blender, combine the orange juice, grapefruit juice, coconut milk, confectioners sugar, honey, vanilla, and ice cubes. Place the top on the blender, turn it on and blend until it’s smooth.2.
