1 Samuel 16:5-7 NIV
When Samuel went to the house of Jesse to anoint a new king for Israel, He saw one of the sons of Jesse, Eliab, who had the statue and fittings of a king, and immediately thought he was the one God had chosen. But it’s the heart that matters the most.
Let us continue to seek God’s guidance and follow His leading when we are making decisions, no matter how sensible, lucrative, or even perfect the “cover of the book” looks. He sees the heart, which is the most important.
𝙅𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 is a short clip intended to grow and equip us in our trust walk with God. The current focus is on life's seasons. Life is in seasons - so it is important that we lean in and learn from the Holy Spirit. I am grateful that every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to learn with me.

#jolaspeaks @jolaspeaks #godsleading #saul #samuel #Israel #guidance #gospel #devotional #podcast #instagramreels#jolaspeaks @jolaspeaks
