Quinn Villagomez, AKA Shimmer , is a broadcast journalist, LGBT media personality, host and MC. Quinn co-hosts RARE Productions with her Mentor/Friend Rox Anderson on KFAI Radio’s Fresh Fruit, the longest running LGBT radio program in the nation and is the host of her own Radio Morning Show - Daybreak With Shimmer every Thursday from. 6am-8am. She is a proud Transgender Latina woman and uses She/Her/Hers pronouns. She loves entertainment and media, and has hosted several events in the Twin Cities. Villagomez is also a social justice activist for transgender and LGBT rights.She currently is the creator and founder of two highly successful Fashion Shows here in the Twin Cities - The Purple Ones- A Prince Inspired Fashion Show & designICON: an Icon inspired Fashion Show and has a Lip Sync Battle - Sync Ur Lips.
