Located in the western part of Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, the Xixi National Wetland Park is a water-side destination for travelers. Literally meaning "west waterway" in Chinese, Xixi covers an area of 10.5 square kilometers which is crisscrossed by six major creeks.
