Living Abroad: How to take care of ourselves
Today we discussed the importance of taking care of our physical and mental health while living abroad. Started by getting to know our own body and do our own research, so we won’t blindly trust everything we heard from other people. <br/>For all the women out there, understanding how our menstrual cycle can help us better navigate our life and be more compassionate towards ourselves when we aren’t feeling the best. <br/>We all have bad days sometimes, so it’s crucial to be gentle and kind to ourselves and accept that we are not superhuman.
