Matthew 24 and 25 is called the Olivet Discourse because Jesus gave this teaching sitting on the Mount of Olives to his disciples. This passage talks about the judgement on the religious establishment of Jesus’ day, the temple. He also talks about the end time, his coming again. Application What does Jesus want me to do in the midst of a difficult world? How do we live in the end times, in a world that is out of control?
