Manisha also developed a tool and assessment, The Agility Matrix, to explore how we deal with change. With over 2 decades of experience working in multiple roles and industries, Manisha has learned many valuable lessons. As a child, Manisha watched her father build his company, Applied Membranes Inc, from the ground up in our garage. Manisha spent several years at organizations including PwC, Deloitte, Slalom, and Taco Bell headquarters leading global digital and strategic change initiatives.Today, as an executive/career coach, consultant, speaker and facilitator, Manisha is passionate about developing effective and inclusive leaders and teams.
