Sometimes things shift.  Then we have a choice: do we shift as well or cling to what we thought we wanted? Why it matters: Our future happiness and well-being depends on that choice. It doesn’t necessarily mean abandoning everything we've worked for or making drastic changes overnight. It's a process of self-reflection, reassessment, and making conscious choices to align our lives with our true aspirations.
