Liz Nord
I talk with Liz Nord. She currently serves as head of programs and creative development at the NYU Production Lab and has had a remarkable career in indie films. Previously, she served as the editor-in-chief and lead producer at No Film School and director of content at Sundance. We talk about her career, the state of independent film and whether we are hearing from enough diverse voices; the role of festivals within the ecosystem; the argument for making short films; and how she envisions the role of Production Lab going forward.
