Lose Less to Win More PLUS $500 Million in Pickleball Injuries
Thanks for joining us on Pickleball Therapy - the podcast dedicated to your pickleball improvement. If you have not yet subscribed to the podcast ... wait what?? you haven't subscribed? ... you know what to do.The less you lose, the more you win by extension. This week we're going to be talking about the concept of losing less if you want to win more. Losing less is it's certainly making less unforced errors. A lot of times when you watch games, you'll have a team that's up too many points. Either it's unforced errors on returns of serve, force shots, things like that. By cleaning those things up, avoiding the number of unforced errors that we have in our play, we will lose less rallies.Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and that's great. That's how it should be. Winning is not our focus, our focus is whatever it is that brings you to pickleball. In the Riff, we're going to talk about the recent report that came out about pickleball injuries.Send us an email: therapy@betterpickleball.comJoin the July 20th Workshop
