Lucy Bronze: Overcoming obstacles to become the best in the world

To celebrate the Women’s World Cup we’re re-releasing episodes that feature some of the incredible trailblazing women who are featuring out in Australia and New Zealand. <br/><br/>Today it’s one of the world's leading female professional players, Lucy Bronze was UEFA Women’s Player of the Year in 2019 and in 2020 was named The Best FIFA Women's Player. Having played in the US at at several British clubs including Man City, Lucy went on to spend three years in France at Olympique Lyonnais, Europe's most successful team before returning to Man City in  2020.
