Meg Geisewite: Intoxicating Lies
In this episode we chat to Meg Geisewite who's nearly 3 and a half years alcohol-free and author of the book Intoxicating Lies.
We start off by talking about the thing that British people aren't particularly comfortable talking about in public... Luckily, Meg joins us from the States and bowls into the conversation about how going AF affected things in the bedroom!
This is the gateway to a much bigger conversation about putting yourself first - as Meg says in the book, "I was no longer willing to abandon myself" - and how empowering going alcohol-free can be to help you align your actions with the person you want to be.
If you enjoy this conversation, don't forget to check out Meg's book Intoxicating Lies: One Woman's Journey to Freedom from Gray Area Drinking.
