Mercy Reminder

Genesis 50:15–21 NIV<br/>Let’s look at the subject of mercy.<br/>When Jacob died, the brothers of Joseph were afraid of what Joseph would do to them, thinking that Joseph only speared them because of his father. But Joseph had truly forgiven them. They were still doubting Joseph’s show of mercy, and expecting punishment and payback. Their actions clearly portray our attitude oftentimes. We forget God’s mercy over our lives, and see God as ourselves. We judge ourselves first. We expect God to punish us for our sins, even when there is mercy in Christ for us.  God’s merciful. Let’s chose mercy and as God is merciful let us extend mercy to others especially those we think are undeserving. <br/> 𝙅𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 is a short clip intended to grow and equip us in our trust walk with God.
