My longings lie open before you – Morning Prayer, Wednesday, Proper 17
It’s Wednesday of Ordinary Time, Proper 17 in the Church Calendar. September 6, 2023. Our general order and lectionary comes from the Book of Common Prayer Daily Office. We’ll sing “The More I Seek You” by Zach Neese and we’ll include a prayer of confession. We’ll read Psalm 38 followed by the Gloria Patri. Our Scripture lesson is James 3:1-12 . We’ll say the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Collect of the Day. We’ll then have a time of prompted prayer. If you have a prayer request please submit it here. Sign up here for the email list. Morning Prayer and Worship is a production of Steady Stream Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Thank you for giving to support this ministry. Amen.
