My Safety Network

In our house, we revisited a book this week titled "My Body! What I Say Goes!" by Jayneen Sanders and inside, the author introduces the concept of a safety network. Mia has had a visual safety network since she was 3 years old and is a huge advocate of every child having one. In this episode, we talk about what a safety network is, good people to have in your network and how to make a visual drawing to help you remember there are trusted adults available for you.
