Marriages fall apart when we don't Submit to God's original design for it. Adam and Ḥawwā… Genesis 2:18-25 The beginning of an inheritance began when God gave Ḥawwā to Adam. Ḥawwā served as a source of support and a place to unwind. Adam, however, failed to serve as the fence, allowing the serpent to enter and ruin Ḥawwā. This couple lost their home despite living in Eden, the perfect environment, since one spouse was influenced by someone outside the home. As a result of Adam's failure to shield his wife, trouble started. Abram and Sarah… Genesis 11:29… Marriages were meant to be fruitful. Abraham broke the hedge of sanctity by going into Hagar. It brought an Ishmael into their home. The breakdown of the hedge within the family structure came because he trusted in the woman who is acting out of her emotions. Later, Yahuah intervene. The names were changed, Abraham and Sarah. The Yahuah enter into their marriage. I'm sure she would've made more mistakes. Had Yahuah not intervened. Isaac was born. Sarah said to Abraham after Isaac was born, “My wrong be upon thee.” (Genesis 16:5, KJV). Abraham was strong in faith and righteousness, yet he listens to his wife's demand an Incorporated, someone within their marriage to find fulfillment, and it backfired on him. It will backfire on you also. FOOLISH WOMAN DESTROY HER OWN HOUSE Proverbs 14:1 in the Tanakh states: "Every wise woman builds her house, but a #foolish one tears it down with her own hands." This verse emphasizes the importance of wisdom and prudent actions in maintaining and nurturing a household. The husband is the head but the wife is the crown, not the neck that controls the head. Proverbs 14:1 from the Tanakh, I can provide a general understanding of the verse. In the context of the Book of Proverbs, it often contrasts the characteristics and outcomes of the wise and the foolish. This verse speaks to the role of a woman in the household and the impact she can have on its well-being. The verse suggests that a wise woman contributes to the construction and preservation of her household, symbolizing her ability to establish a secure and harmonious environment. By exercising wisdom, discernment, and skill, she plays a positive and constructive role in her family's life. On the other hand, a foolish woman is depicted as destructive, causing harm to her own household. This may imply that her actions or lack of wisdom lead to negative consequences, resulting in the dismantling or undermining of the family unit. The verse serves as a cautionary reminder to exercise prudence, intelligence, and foresight in managing familial affairs. Sirach 26:16
As the sun when it ariseth in the high heaven; so is the beauty of a good wife in the ordering of her house. The commentary on this verse might further explore the cultural and social implications of women's roles in ancient Hebrew society, as well as the broader application of wisdom and folly in various aspects of life. #part2 In conclusion, Proverbs 14:1 in the Tanakh presents a contrast between a wise woman and a foolish woman in relation to their impact on their households. The verse carries a moral lesson about the importance of wisdom and prudence in maintaining a harmonious and thriving family unit. Sirach 36:24
He that getteth a wife beginneth a possession, a help like unto himself, and a pillar of rest. Sirach 36:25
Where no hedge is, there the possession is spoiled: and he that hath no wife will wander up and down mour
