News Maker Lisa Fisher on the first ever Fine Arts Festival

Winchester will host the first of it's kind Fine Arts Festival September 9 and 10. We spoke to one of the organizers of the event Shenandoah Art Council Program Director Lisa Fisher about it in our latest news maker. News makers are sponsored by Warren County Together We are Community. Lisa tells us the idea behind the event to be held on the Loudoun Street Mall.
