Paul Blake Smith was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where in April 1941 his grandfather was a judge and his father a schoolboy. Paul was a four-year Mass Communications Major & English Minor at Southeast Missouri State University. He has written six published books, including the recent best-seller “President Eisenhower's Close Encounters” (in 2020).
