Penny Bowen – Early Learning At Home

Penny Bowen of the Foundation for the Development of Caribbean Children talks with Kim about the history of the organization and the work of its flagship programme the Roving Caregivers programme. Through their work they are able to bring early childhood learning to homes of children zero to five years in an effort to prepare them for primary school.
