Planning for Effective Change
In this episode of Live the 8 Wise Way we are talking about something that affects every single one of us – fear. Fear comes in all shapes and sizes. In some people it’s an addiction and we know them as adrenaline junkies, but in others it can manifest in other ways and have more serious, debilitating impacts on our mental health, wellbeing and overall quality of life. So I am going to dispel some myths about fear. I am going to explain how and why we experience fear. And I am also going to explain how you can put tools in place to manage your fears.
