Practical Applications of Tzedakah Prioritization (Hilchos Matnos Aniyim 7:13)

This afternoon (12/1/22), in our Rambam Bekius mini-shiur, we learned the halacha l'maaseh of tzedakah prioritization from the Aruch ha'Shulchan. He argues that you can't read this halacha on a superficial level, and he presents an alternative understanding which we found to be compelling.
