In this episode ( Push Through It) we address learning to push through when times are difficult and are not going the way the way that we expected them to go. We would dive deep into the difficulties of staying consistent through our process and being persistent in completing our journey in life. Sometimes in life things do not happen as we predict them to, as we hope for them to, we will look at some of the setbacks.
