At some point in your life you’ve probably felt like you are “running from something”. For most people that feeling can be fleeting but no less frightening. However for some people that feeling of “flight” is a constant everyday struggle, one that feels like no place is safe and that there is never a place that you can rest. On this episode I describe what it is that I am “running from” and how a metal album of all things made me feel heard and understood at a time where I was trying to make sense of all of it.
