Mita Mallick is our guest today, a corporate changemaker known for her transformative work in the beauty and consumer product goods industry. Mita is a staunch advocate for representing black and brown communities and has built a career around inclusive storytelling and leadership.Mita's extensive career includes roles at prominent companies like Carta, Unilever, Pfizer, Avon, and Johnson & Johnson. She is not only a sought-after speaker but also a coach for startup founders, executives, and public CEOs. Mita is also the co-host of "The Brown Table Talk" podcast, where she and Dee Marshall share valuable insights on empowering women of color at work and advice for allies.Mita is a respected voice in the industry, with her contributions featured in top publications like Harvard Business Review, Adweek, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company. She has been interviewed by major media outlets, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time Magazine, Forbes, Axios, Essence, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and Business Insider.
