POLEN is composed by Cecilia Lussheimer, Catalina Lans, and Cecilia Ivanier. Their work focuses on managing performances, events, and cycles of performing arts, as well as conducting workshops and consulting services. They aim to provide project writing tools to the artistic community.They understand their work within an ecosystem that lives and survives in constant change. They seek to generate actions that stimulate the possibility of meeting, exchanging, and accessing, as well as intercultural dialogue.
