This week Julia and Josh are jumping into the world of dental technology with Andrea Johnson. Andrea is a dental technician who creates and manufactures intra-oral appliances and dental prosthetics. In this episode, she discusses her roles in managing laboratory services and as a career ambassador, helping young people learn more about the various roles that are available within dentistry. Andrea also shares her experiences in her leadership roles within the GDC and the Healthcare Leadership Academy and gives us more information on her charity, Den-Tech, aimed at providing affordable dental care to those who lack access.
