S3E2: Is Harbaugh actually enjoying his battle with the NCAA? If Michigan doesn't win the national championship this year, is the season a failure?

It was reported this week that Jim Harbaugh will no longer be forced to serve his 4 game suspension for the 2023-24 season. Will he ever cooperate with the NCAA or will he end up driving them absolutely insane? Michigan's win total is set at 10.5 this year in Vegas. Outside of Penn State and Ohio State, are there any other games that concern you? If Michigan does not win the national championship this season, is it considered a failure?
