Sally has over 15 years’ experience in organisational transformation and change management across multiple sectors, driving complex changes such as operating model change, technology adoption, organisational design, behavioural change and cultural change. Born and raised in China, Sally moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2017 with her family. When she’s not working, you can find her in concerts and hiking trails across Victoria. Sally is also deeply passionate about Diversity, Inclusion, & Equity. She has been an active leader in her organisations and communities to create a more inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong.
