Sean Gentille - The Pens will be a player

NHL insider Sean Gentille from The Athletic joined the show. Sean gave his initial thoughts on the Erik Karlsson trade. Sean gave an idea on how this trade came to be and how much the Canadiens played a factor. Sean commented on if this trade had to do with Dubas just being an all-around good guy. Sean explained what makes the Penguins better now. Sean talked about where Karlsson fits into the playstyle and how he makes the power play much better. Sean thinks they are definitely a playoff team, but wouldn’t go as far to say they are a legit Stanley Cup contender.
