Throughout history, countries have sent other countries both supplies and support to other countries involved in conflict without being directly involved in it themselves. How do we, as the government, decide how much is enough support? How much more or less support should we send? What if our support is misappropriated? What if our values shift out of sync with the people we are supporting? https://www.thoughtco.com/fran....ce-american-revoluti   https://historyofmyamerica.com..../why-did-france-help   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louisiana_Purchase   https://www.battlefields.org/l....earn/articles/french   https://www.warhistoryonline.c....om/instant-articles/   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_War   https://www.britannica.com/event/Korean-War   https://www.history.com/news/v....ietnam-war-origins-e   https://strategic-culture.org/....news/2014/05/31/how-   https://nationalviews.com/fact....s-ukraine-civil-war-   https://www.cnn.com/2015/02/10..../europe/ukraine-war-   https://www.cbsnews.com/news/o....bama-administration-   https://www.washingtonpost.com..../news/fact-checker/w   Foreign assistance flows through US companies https://www.politifact.com/fac....tchecks/2017/mar/08/
