Shareholder Sues Target
In Hannah's last episode before the arrival of Miller baby #5, Hannah covers Brian Craig's lawsuit against Target. According to America First Legal and Brian Craig, Target did not consider market risk nor protect their shareholders as they should have according to the Securities Exchange Act when they embarked on their now infamous May "Pride" campaign. Without the market response from consumers, Brian Craig would've never had a legal stance.
