Wisconsin joins 31 other state attorney generals in an effort to bolster competition in food and agricultural business.  Pam Jahnke talks with Wisconsin Attorney General, Josh Kaul, about the new coalition that also involves USDA. Wisconsin's keeping its fingers crossed that CHS will invest in the small community of Evansville to the tune of $700 million for a soybean processing plant.  Pat Mallooly, chair of the WI Soybean Marketing Association, says it's an element the state really lacks.
