Sober Stories: Olivia

In today’s episode I speak with Olivia based in Dublin who has been successfully sober for four years and 3 months. Olivia classes herself as a grey area drinker with many bouts of light drinking. After alcohol became too much, she developed her intentional energy and with steely determination she stopped drinking completely.
