UK sight loss charity RNIB has a legal rights service which customers can get advice and support from, on a variety of topics.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Danny Dooney, from the LRS team, to hear how a phone call from a customer led to action being taken to win compensation and social care support from a local council.
