Sometimes I Wish We Were An Eagle, Babblin' Bangers

Babbled about the album that defines deceivingly simplistic for me, an album with a sense of connection with nature, both the external kind and the human kind too. Bill is a fantastic artist, never quirky for the sake of it, never trying to be clever, he manages to be one the insightful singer-songwriter of his generation. It's weird how distinctive he is, at the same being seemly "vanilla" in every aspect of his music. This, along with Zebra and Queen of Denmark, were 2010 albums that started to shift my perspective in regards to music, it was indeed, the first I remember that my taste in music was something to be cherished, that it had finally become part of my character. I was 19 at the time.
