Support our postpartum sensory system with Sarah Ashton
Today's episode is with Sarah Ashton, Perinatal Occupational Therapist and graduate of the Seasons of Matrescence program. Sarah focuses on supporting mothers both pre- and postnatally with the preparation, transition, adaptation, and transformation occurring with Matrescence. <br/><br/>Sarah's particular interest is in perinatal mental health and nervous system regulation - helping new mums manage overwhelm in motherhood.
