The first step in our self discovery journey is knowing our starting point!For many as we look to discover or rediscover ourselves we may try on a lot of different hats but the only real way to grow, to improve and to find ourselves is to understand our starting point.We need to be able to see ourselves in the mirror not a past reflection of who we either were or who we thought we were, lets build on a sturdy framework together!
