Taking embodied action
In order to build a life based on our full-body yes vision we need to take action. With all those stories about what we should do and how to do more figuring out the actions that matter and which don’t can be hard. On top of that taking actions outside of our comfort zones can feel uncomfortable and we often wonder if we are doing something wrong. In today's episode I explore why that is normal, why we tend to choose the easy option when discomfort shows up and how to go about taking action the embodied way.
